From a self-built website to a managed customer-growth system
Before
T & A Contracting initially created its own website. Over time, Tommy and his wife realized the site no longer fully represented the quality of their work or made it as easy as it should be for prospective customers to take the next step.
After
Tech Turtle rebuilt the customer journey around real project work, clear service discovery, mobile usability, direct estimate pathways, structured lead intake, and ongoing follow-up.

The relationship continued after launch. Tech Turtle now manages the website and its supporting lead, dashboard, SEO, sitemap, and crawl systems while T&A focuses on serving customers and completing projects.
