Painting & Staining

Clean preparation. Sharp lines. A finish made to hold up.

The challenge

Most paint problems start long before the first coat goes on. Skipped prep, the wrong primer or rushed cut-lines are why finishes peel, blister and look tired within a couple of seasons.

What you get

A finish that looks sharp up close and holds up through Wisconsin winters and summers — clean edges, even coverage and colors that stay true.

How we approach it

We start with the surface. Washing, scraping, sanding, filling and priming are where a lasting paint job is won, so we do not shortcut them to save a day.

Then we protect what should not be painted, cut clean lines by hand and apply coats built for the surface and the exposure — whether that is a bedroom, a full exterior or a stained deck.

What's included

  • Interior walls, ceilings, trim and doors
  • Full exterior repaints and touch-ups
  • Deck, fence and wood staining and sealing
  • Surface prep: wash, scrape, sand, fill, prime
  • Color guidance based on the surface and light

FAQ

Painting & Staining questions

  • Yes. We handle interior repaints and trim work as well as full exterior projects and staining. Exterior work is scheduled around suitable weather so coatings cure properly.

  • We can work from a color you already have in mind or help you narrow it down based on the surface, the surrounding finishes and how the light hits the space.

  • We assess it on-site. Sometimes cleaning and re-staining is enough; other times a board or section is past saving. We will tell you honestly which is the better use of your money.
